Terms of Use
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into by and between AdalanAI ("Company," "we," or "us") and you ("Client" or "you"). Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using our advisory services.
1. Services Provided
AdalanAI offers advisory services related to artificial intelligence and machine learning. The nature and scope of the services will be specified in a separate agreement or proposal.
2. Client Obligations
The Client shall provide accurate and complete information as necessary for the provision of advisory services and comply with all agreed-upon requirements. The Client is responsible for making payments as specified in the agreement.
3. Payment and Pricing
Payment terms and pricing will be determined in the separate agreement or proposal. The Client agrees to make payments as specified in a timely manner.
4. Refund Policy
a. Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be requested by the Client in the following circumstances:
i. Non-delivery of services as specified in the agreement.
ii. Unsatisfactory or substandard services provided by AdalanAI.
b. Refund Request: To request a refund, the Client must contact AdalanAI within 14 days of the occurrence that prompted the refund request. Refund requests should be submitted in writing to ana.chubinidze@adalanai.com.
c. Refund Process: Upon receipt of a valid refund request, AdalanAI will assess the request and provide a resolution within 30 days.
d. Refund Options: Refunds may be provided in the following forms, as determined by AdalanAI:
i. A full refund of the payment made by the Client.
ii. Partial refund, based on the nature and extent of the issue.
e. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, as specified in the agreement, are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
The Client acknowledges that any materials, reports, or deliverables provided by AdalanAI remain the intellectual property of AdalanAI unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the provision of services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches its obligations. Termination will not affect payment obligations incurred before the termination date.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
9. Modification of Terms
AdalanAI reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
